LumiFestival provides event planning and organization services, including but not limited to festival planning, concert production, and corporate events management. The specific services will be outlined in a separate agreement between LumiFestival and the client.
Some features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement between LumiFestival and the client. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of LumiFestival and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to our website, you grant LumiFestival a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiFestival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our services.
In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us during the six-month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LumiFestival and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
LumiFestival may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
LumiFestival shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor strikes, or power failures.
LumiFestival maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all events we manage. However, clients may be required to obtain additional event insurance depending on the nature and scale of the event. Insurance requirements will be specified in the service agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
LumiFestival reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
