How do I request a quote for my event?

Please provide as much detail as possible about your event, including the date, location, expected attendees, and any specific requirements. We'll respond with a customized quote within 48 hours.

How far in advance should I book your services?

For optimal results, we recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months in advance for small to medium events, and 6-12 months for larger festivals or complex productions. This allows adequate time for planning, venue booking, artist scheduling, and marketing. However, we understand that sometimes opportunities arise unexpectedly, and we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.

Do you handle events outside the UK and Europe?

While we primarily focus on events throughout the UK and Europe, we do consider international projects on a case-by-case basis. Our team has experience working in various countries and understands the local regulations, cultural considerations, and logistics involved in international event planning. Please contact us with the details of your international event, and we'll discuss if we're the right fit for your project.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the nature and size of the event, as well as the timing of the cancellation. Generally, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the preliminary planning work. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to additional fees to cover committed costs. We always try to be fair and reasonable, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. All cancellation terms are clearly outlined in our service agreement.
