For optimal results, we recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months in advance for small to medium events, and 6-12 months for larger festivals or complex productions. This allows adequate time for planning, venue booking, artist scheduling, and marketing. However, we understand that sometimes opportunities arise unexpectedly, and we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.

While we primarily focus on events throughout the UK and Europe, we do consider international projects on a case-by-case basis. Our team has experience working in various countries and understands the local regulations, cultural considerations, and logistics involved in international event planning. Our cancellation policy depends on the nature and size of the event, as well as the timing of the cancellation. Generally, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the preliminary planning work. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to additional fees to cover committed costs. We always try to be fair and reasonable, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. All cancellation terms are clearly outlined in our service agreement.
